The turnkey contract comprises all work included to complete the building, including new facades, an extension, addition and all internal and external work. The completed building must have 1300 activity based work places, and it must comply with energy class A and BREEAM-NOR “outstanding”. The office areas must have full flexibility, and it must be easy to change from an open landscape to offices.

The building will have a total of 7 floors, including a technical room on the roof. Floors U1 and U2 will be in partially underground in sloping terrain, and will be used for parking, changing rooms, a gym, stores, etc. The light areas in U1 and U2 will be a meeting room centre, project rooms, etc. Level 1 will house the customer centre, “health square”, canteen, etc. Levels 2-4 will be office premises and other workplaces, and level 5 will have technical rooms.
