Flora Hamn KF invites potential tenderers to a “design and build” competition with interaction (turnkey contract competition), where interested tenderers with the necessary qualifications are invited to submit tender offers for specific solutions with associated specifications for construction and all fixtures and fittings for the Public Transport Terminal and office building at Fugleskjærkaia, Flora municipality.

The building will be planned and dimensioned in accordance with the tender documentation part 1 and Part 2 with all appendices and links. The contract form will be NS 8407 with special contract terms adapted to this competition. The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all engineering design and implementation, including all technical and administrative services and functions in accordance with the builder regulations, building authorities and the labour inspection authority, possibly other public bodies.

The objective of the competition is to engage a turnkey contractor with their sub-contractors for the demolition of the existing buildings, engineering design and construction of a new ready-to-use public transport terminal and office building including furniture, fixtures and fittings. Also all outdoor works.

The project must resolve the following assignments:

1) The project at Fugleskjærkaia has 2 fields: Field A and Field B;

2) Office building;

3) Warehouse and technical building;

4) Public transport terminal;

5) Waste disposal building;

6) Oil tank (underground);

7) The outdoor area with parking lot, bus stop, municipal and national roads, quays;

8) The project will be implemented in accordance with BREEAM certification level excellent.
