Halden Municipality would like to establish a new water treatment facility (VBA) at Asak in order to ensure reserve water supply for the municipality. The treatment process in Asak VBA is planned to be based on, amongst other things, membrane filtration, UV disinfection and a marble filter. Turnkey contract comprising all engineering design services, work and deliveries for a complete new water treatment facility for the production of minimum 15 000 m

— process engineering solutions,
— machine engineering components,
— electrotechnical components, connected to both the process, building and outside lighting,
— technical HVAC and sanitary components, including heating, ventilation, dehumidification, water and sanitary installations,
— water treatment building that covers the needs for the above, including various basins for process functions.
Ground work.
— water and sewage work, including connection to main service pipes and alterations to the existing water and sewage infrastructure on the site,
— road installations, including access roads, driving areas and parking areas,
— re-establishment of terrain,
— immaterial deliveries, such as: documentation, training, commissioning, guarantee testing, etc.
The intake pipeline and emission pipeline right up to the site will be detail engineered by the builder and executed by another contract for marine pipelines.
