Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

The project is for the construction of a new 6 parallel secondary school for 8-10 years, for approx. 540 pupils. The school will have a multi-purpose hall and a park is to be developed in the planning area. The park is not included as part of the school's outside area. As well as general school operation, the school will function as a community centre for the surrounding area. Regulated GFA 9 000 m, BUA 2 600 m. The plot size is approx. 12 decares.
The procurement is divided into 2 stages, stage 1 and stage 2. Stage 1 is a pre-qualification that is open for all interested parties, and phase 2 is open for pre-qualified contractors to submit a tender.
The contract will be implemented as an interaction contract. Thereafter, the detailed engineering design services and execution will be carried out as a normal turnkey contract.

The procurement is divided into 2 stages, stage 1 and stage 2.
In stage 1, all interested service providers can submit requests for participation in the contest.
Stage 2 is implemented after pre-qualification of service providers. In stage 2, only qualified and invited tenderers can submit a tender. Up to 3 tenderers will be invited.
Qualified and invited service providers will i.a. deliver solution proposals in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements. The solution proposal is part of the evaluation that forms the basis for the award of contract.
