The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the reception, treatment and final disposal of sludge from Slettemoen Waste Disposal site in Krødsherad Municipality. The sludge must be dug up and transported to a certified reception facility. A description of the sludge and analyses from sample taking, etc. are in the requirements specification in annex 1. Excavation and transport to the reception facility will be a separate contract, but the work will be coordinated with this assignment.
— treatment and final disposal of 1 000–1 500 m sludge (approx. 800 tonnes) mixed with on-site matter from temporary storage at the landfill site. The expectation is that this will be carried out in autumn 2019. Treatment and final disposal of approx. 2 000 m (approx. 1 300 tonnes) sludge from sludge lagoons after dewatering. This is expected to be carried out in 2021–2023.

The contract period for the reception of sludge is for the period 2019–2021, with an option for an extension for up to 24 months.
A process is ongoing for the approval of the termination plan with the county governor. The outcome of this can affect the contest.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will be valid from when it is signed until 31.12.2021.
The contract can be extended by an option for up to 24 months. If the contract is to be extended by the option, the tenderer must be notified by 1.10.2021 at the latest.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement 1: Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement 2: tenderers must not have significant tax and VAT arrears. Norwegian companies: Tenderers must document the requirement by presenting a tax certificate and VAT certificate, possibly an approved repayment plan.
Documentation requirement 2:
