NORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS (NORCE) is a new and future-orientated research institute with a broad professional range and expertise. We provide research and innovation within energy, health, climate, environment, society and technology. Our solutions answer central social challenges and contribute to value creation locally, nationally and globally.
NORCE was established in 2017 and in 2018 the following research institutes merged into NORCE and became an integrated part of the company: Agderforskning AS, Christian Michelsen Research AS, International Research Institute of Stavanger AS, Uni Research AS and Teknova AS. NORUT AS was merged in 2019. Uni Research Polytec AS is expected to merge with NORCE in November 2019.
NORCE has their main office in Bergen, and activities in Tromsø, Stavanger, Haugesund, Kristiansand, Grimstad and Oslo. The group has approx. 1 000 employees and more than 1 500 ongoing projects at any given time.

Kort beskrivelse:

The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for travel agency services. The travel agency will be a strategic partner in the work to simplify travel bookings, reduce the time used and the total travel costs, as well as seeing to travellers' safety. The framework agreement must be experienced as useful for travellers and the preferred way to book journeys.

The travel agency will be a total supplier of travel agency services, including booking flights, hotel rooms and hire cars, and it must deliver a very user friendly and easily available online system/booking portal on the internet and via an app. The aim is that as many journeys as possible are booked by the traveller himself via the booking portal.

The travel agency must always obtain the most suitable and most appropriate travel alternatives, e.g., the quickest, cheapest and most environmentally friendly way to travel at home and abroad. The service must also offer a high degree of accessibility and service to the contracting authority has a whole and to each employee.

The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to 1 + 1 year.

NORCE's subsidiary companies listed below will have an option to join the contract:

— Nasjonalt Kunnskapssenter om Vold og Traumatisk Stress AS (NKVTS),

— Nasjonalt Utviklingssenter for Barn og Unge AS (NUBU),

— Nordisk Institutt for Odontologiske Materialer AS (NIOM),

— NORCE Innovation AS,

— Prototech AS.

Tecom AS, including the following subsidiaries:

— XSENS AS,

— Offshore Sensing AS.

The subsidiary companies will make up an estimated 20-25 % of the total volume.

The following services are included in the contract as options:

Option (1): event planning:

Event planning means support services for planning, implementing and administering all types of events. Tenderers are expected to offer both electronic systems (e.g., registration form) and manual services for booking.

The option also includes arranging premises for the contracting authority's events.

Option (2): visa services:

Visa services means providing or arranging services related to visa applications.
