Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(a) Company registration certificate

The tenderer must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: company registration certificate, not older than one month at the application deadline.

Foreign companies: documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation shall not be older than one month calculated from the application deadline.

(b) Tax and VAT certificate

The tenderer shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Companies who are liable for tax and duties in Norway: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months, calculated from the deadline for requests for pre-qualification.

Companies who are liable for tax and duties abroad shall submit an equivalent certificate as mandated by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is registered as a company.

Tenderers must submit a certificate of conduct or an equivalent document issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which shows that there are no punishable conditions as mentioned in

The Public Procurement Regulations [FOA] § 24-2 (2).

(d) certificate from the bankruptcy register

Tenderers must submit a certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home country or the country where the tenderer is established, which shows that there are no rejection grounds concerning bankruptcy and insolvency etc. as mentioned in the Public Procurement Regulations § 24-2 (3) a) and § 24-2 (3) b).

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Tenderers must have a credit rating equivalent to minimum A in 'Bisnode.no'. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating of tenderers itself.

The financial statements for the last 3 years, including the auditor´s reports and the board's reports.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

An organisation that provides security for the provision of the services in the contract period.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

An overview of the organisation’s manpower as well as the manpower for this assignment. Newly started companies shalls present the manager's qualifications, as well as plans for the establishment of the operational organisation if the company is awarded the assignment.

Written references for relevant assignments. Newly started companies must present the key personnel’s experiences from equivalent assignments.
