— transport and treatment of cardboard/paper,
— transport and baling of plastic packaging from the collection scheme,

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
Option for a 12 month extension — concerns paper/cardboard and glass/metal. The contract period for plastic is for a limited period and an option period, see the tender documentation.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement: tax and VAT certificate.
A certificate for tax and VAT issued by either the local tax office or the tax collection office where the tenderer's head office is located. The certificate can be obtained from Altinn.no
The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Norwegian tenderers who are not subject to VAT must provide confirmation of this from the National Tax authorities.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
Requirement: tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: the company must have satisfactory finances that ensure the ability to implement the assignment. The credit worthiness that will apply for qualification for this contest is credit worthy (score A or equivalent). Documentation requirement: credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating company including a credit rating of the tenderer, typically given by a letter/grade or a brief text, as well as an explanation of these. The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clear. Companies without sufficient credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such instances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included with the tender. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, for example, a parent company guarantee (annex) or another guarantee/security.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: the tenderer, including any subcontractor(s), must have relevant experience and competence from equivalent assignments, which include:
— treatment/disposal of cardboard/paper,
— baling/preparing plastic packaging,
— experience from similar transport (waste transport, etc.).
Requirement: tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system, which fulfils the relevant requirements in ISO 9001 and 14001, or equivalent.
Documentation requirement:
— description of the tenderer's (company) most relevant assignments in the last 3 years for,
— the treatment/disposal of cardboard/paper and baling/preparing plastic packaging,
Including information on the value, date and the name of the public or private recipient, with contact information for any references.
New companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for relevant assignments in the last 3 years can submit other documentation that confirms that the tenderer/sub-tenderer has the necessary competence/experience.
The contracting authority has the right, but no obligation, to check/contact the listed references.
