Trade Services
The contracting authority shall procure trade services for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities within each of the trade groups:
— construction/joinery,
— electrical,
— plumbing,
— ventilation and flashing and guttering,
— painting/wallpapering/floor laying,
— masonry and tiling work,
— glazier/glass work,
— welding and metal work.
The framework agreements will mainly apply for maintenance measures, minor alterations and installations in the municipalities' properties. Examples of assignments that could be carried out under this framework agreement are:
— replacement of windows/doors,
— repairs of water-borne heating installations,
— replacement of floor coverings,
— external and internal painting,
— improvements to electrical installations/set-up for new courses,
— repairs to sanitary installations,
— alteration of ventilation ducts,
— glass works,
— welding — metal work.
