Sykehusbygg HF
Sykehusbygg HF will procure artistic assistance that can be utilised for construction projects that Sykehusbygg is involved in. The procurement includes i.a.:
— mapping and prioritisation of areas and places particularly suited for art,
— preparation of a general strategy for handling of new and any existing art,
— prepare an art plan,
— implementation of competitions, ordering and procurement,
— selection of artists and artworks,
— review and mapping of existing art as a basis for curatorial evaluation.

Sykehusbygg HF will procure artistic assistance that can be utilised for construction projects that Sykehusbygg is involved in. The procurement includes assistance with i.a. the following main areas:
— mapping and prioritisation of areas and places particularly suited for art, in discussion with the individual project's Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority's architect, and embellishment selection,
— prepare a general strategy for handling of new and any existing art. The adopted strategy forms the basis for and will be incorporated in the art plan,
— prepare an art plan with curatorial main characteristics and methods, budget and schedules for different parts and phases of the project. The art plan must be a dynamic tool that is continually developed throughout the process and that safeguards good flow and coordination between the art project and the construction project. The art plan must also describe how the work with documentation, communication, fastening and arrangement of the art, as well as facilitation for management of the artworks, will be implemented,

The duration of the contract will be 2 years. The Contracting Authority will have the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years, a total maximum of 4 years.
