The foundation Theatre Avant Garden is in the process of developing and renovating the Rosendal Theatre. The "grand hall" shall be subject to the establishment of an grandstand for the public audience. The grandstand must include 10 telescopic rows of seats as well as stairs along the sides of the grandstand. The grandstand must have the capacity of 170 seats. When the grandstand is folded, floor areas are available for the standing audience. The telescopic grandstands must therefore be able to provide an optional number of extracted rows. See the information thereof in the tender documentation. The grandstand must be ready installed by 31.5.2019.

Tenderers must be a legally registered company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation must, at a minimum, state:
(a) the company's name and registration number;
(b) the company's business address;
(c) who can act on the company's behalf/bind the company.
Tenderers must fulfil their tax, VAT and payroll tax obligations. Arrears can lead to rejection.
The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Norwegian companies: Tax, VAT and payroll tax certificate.
Foreign companies: Foreign tenderers mustl provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have satisfactory solidity that will enable them to comply with the contractual terms. The tenderer's annual accounts, including notes with the board's and auditor’s reports for the last fiscal year (2018, possibly 2017 in case the accounts for 2018 are not available). In addition the Contracting Authority will obtain a credit assessment/rating themselves.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from assignments that are relevant to this assignment's nature, size/scope and complexity.
The reference contracts must include deliveries of telescopic grandstands.
A list of the 3 most relevant contracts carried out by the tenderer during the last 5 years. The list must contain the name of the Contracting Authority and project.
In order to verify that the tenderer has a sufficient product, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact one or several of the Contracting Authorities stated in the list of references. The Contracting Authority must also be allowed to conduct physical inspections of the reference projects.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have been responsible for three projects with relevance to this contract. A corresponding scope is not required, but the nature of the project must be relevant to this contract. Minimum one of the reference projects shall include the delivery and installation of telescopic grandstands.
