The contracting authority's responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of municipal urban spaces in Oslo. The urban spaces include common areas such as roads and streets, squares, meeting places, parks and recreational areas. The areas of responsibility also include municipal sports centres, swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools, recreational installations, and municipal landscape areas in fields and inner Oslo fjord.

The Forestry and Landscape Department in the Agency for Urban Environment runs its own operations in all the areas in the uncultivated land and on the islands. There is a need for managing Oslo municipality's areas actively in accordance with the multiple-management plan's goals and guidelines. There is a considerable need for initial deforestation of spruces and pines. The contracting authority requires this service to be conducted in a sustainable and careful manner in relation to minimum impact on the public and minimum risk of damaging the terrain. The contracting authority therefore needs to procure a small logging machine.

Requirement:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: a verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

The tenderer must be creditworthy.

Documentation:

— the credit appraisal/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.

The contracting authority reserves the right to collect credit evaluations.

If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority (for example a newly started business), the tenderer can document their economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

The tenderer must have experience from corresponding deliveries. I.e. the delivery of an equivalent machine and a service agreement thereof.

Documentation:

— an overview of the most important deliveries that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years, together with information on the contract's value, delivery or execution date, the name of the recipient and if the delivery included a service agreement.

The contract is in accordance with Oslo municipality's standard contractual terms for the procurement of goods, including contract forms. See Annexes 2.1 and 2.2.
