The prices stated for the procurement are the Agency of Urban Environment's estimated contract value for the procurement, as the tenderer's price is deemed to be a business secret that can be exempted from publicity, cf. the Freedom of Information Act. § 13 first section, cf. the Public Administration Act, § 13 first section, No 2, cf. the public procurement regulations §21-6 (4).
