The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with a supplier of AV equipment to the New Munch Museum.
The following equipment will be included in the delivery:
— top system for AV control,
— AV via IP infrastructure,
— recording system and streaming,
— digital signs, including software and hardware for content production/distribution,
— AV equipment for various meeting room functionalities,
— AV equipment, cinema and multi-purpose auditorium, including stagecraft services,
— fixed and digital, wireless telecommunication loop,
— mobile equipment base for flexible stage rigging and installations,
— display unit for audio guide,
— tablets for digital production,
— other various AV systems.
Refer to Annex B6, the service and maintenance contract. The enclosed contract shall be priced as part of the tender, but will be subject to reviews and adaptations after the phase for detailed engineering design is completed. Services shall be entered per year and listed in Annex B6.

The objective of the procurement is to engage a supplier of AV equipment to the New Munch Museum. The New Munch Museum must be a clearly profiled cultural institution of high quality, and it must be a leader in the development of the modern museum The New Munch Museum has a vision of communicating Edvard Munch's art, life and work to the general public by using future-oriented solutions.

A service and maintenance service contract shall also be entered into. Refer to Annex B6, the service and maintenance contract. The enclosed contract shall be priced as part of the tender, but will be subject to review and adaptation after the phase for detailed engineering design is completed. Services shall be given per year and listed in Annex B6.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The New Munch Museum may have a need to supplement equipment in the test period and the first operational period after the opening of the Museum until the end of 2020. The quantity may vary significantly if the option is triggered. The option will be triggered 31.12.2020 at the latest.

The likelihood that the option will be triggered is 50 %. At the tender evaluation, the equivalent share of the tendered option price will be added to the tender' offer's total sum. The option will be part of the negotiations.

The tenderers shall fill in unit prices for the option for supplementation in “KIB-M038-Z-KF-0006 — Tabell 2.1 Opsjonspris Supplering”.

Tax certificate:

The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Company registration certificate:

Requirement:

— the tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

— norwegian companies: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: a verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment.

Documentation requirement:

— the entity's last three account accounts or extracts thereof if the publication of the annual accounts is required in the country where the tenderer is established, and

— credit rating not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. (The contracting Authority reserves the right to collect separate credit information).

This bullet point will be subject to assessment of turnover, annual results, as well as key figures in the balance sheet.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

The tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of three equivalent assignments.

Equivalent assignments are in this context defined as projects with corresponding complexity.

Documentation requirement:

— the tenderer shall enclose a list of the most relevant deliveries during the last 5 years.

Including information about the value, time and recipient (name, telephone and email).

The references will only be contacted if required.

The list of references shall contain a brief description of 3 relevant reference assignments in the last 5 years, with comparative value, including names of contact persons. References/certificates on provided reference assignments can be collected.

The following information should be provided for each reference project on one A4 page:

— project name and size in m

— type of project/building,

— name of the Contracting Authority with reference person who can be contacted,

— assignment content,

— the assignment´s contract total excluding VAT,

— start-up date and completion date.

A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.

Report relating to the supplier's quality assurance system/quality management system, or copy of a system certificate or equivalent documentation.

— the staffing for the assignment shall have the necessary competence to carry out the assignment.

— project Manager’s CV with description of formal education, work experience and relevant reference project,

— description of the tenderer’s technical personnel and overview of other key personnel with a description of roles and experience. In addition to a description, an organisation chart shall be prepared showing the key personnel's placement in the planned organisation for this assignment.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

The contractual terms shall be regulated by the Norwegian Government standard contract SSA-K, version 2018. The contract is attached. A service and maintenance contract shall also be signed. The contract is attached.
