Regarding the discussion of Document 8:199 S (2017-2018), the Norwegian Parliament approved a request from the Government, based on the Recommendation No 388 S (2017-2018) Resolution 909 to the Storting
‘The Storting asks the Government to present a case for the evaluation of the General Application Scheme and to consider proposals for improvements of the scheme’. The contract shall contribute to illuminating the described problems. The contract shall also contribute to strengthening the knowledge base regarding impacts of the general application scheme.
The contract value is up to 2 500 000 NOK (two million, five hundred thousand), excluding VAT. The contract shall be completed with a written report submitted at the latest 30.6.2021.

Requirements: the tenderer shall be a legally established company.

A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company, or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Requirement: tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to carry out the delivery.
Documentation: a description of the tenderer´s three most relevant assignments in the last three years, together with information on the contracts' value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that the description is of such a nature that it documents fulfilment of the requirement.
