SPK will need assistance in the form of temporary staff services within the following position groups:

— higher executive officers and senior executive officers,
— advisors. Standard requirements have been formulated for all the job groups, which will apply to the person in question who fills the position. This concerns, amongst other things, the person's abilities as regards planning and organising, assessing and making decisions, communicating and cooperating, flexibility and change, work effort and results, as well as knowledge and insight. The requirements for temporary staff for these job levels will be based on these. The standard requirements are stated in Part 2 Annex 1, the Contracting Authority's Needs and Requirements for the services.

This concerns, amongst other things, the person's abilities as regards planning and organising, assessing and making decisions, communicating and cooperating, flexibility and change, work effort and results, as well as knowledge and insight.
