The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 (one) tenderer for a temporary housing and care offer for users with resource-draining services in Sandnes Municipality. This applies to adult users with partly major functional reduction, challenging behaviour and a big need for facilitation.
The objective of the contract is to ensure the Contracting Authority quality approved services when the Contracting Authority cannot cover these needs in-house. There is a lot of uncertainty as regards the Contracting Authority's need. The users must have a good and facilitated service in a safe and skilled environment.
