Technical Solution for Data Collection for Ungdata Surveys

Oslo Metropolitan University — the urban university shall enter into a contract for “Technical solution for data collection for the Ungdata surveys”. The Ungdata surveys shall be implemented among pupils in Norway. Ungdata is free for all municipalities/counties.
In connection with the contract, Oslo Metropolitan University shall have a portal that is included in the University's licence price. The portal shall cover all functions from arranging local surveys, technical implementation of the data collection to reporting the results on municipal and county levels.
The portal shall cover functions such as: selecting questions, establishing one-time codes, downloading questionnaires and one-time codes, test links for testing/controlling the surveys, follow-up of reply entrance, downloading of data files and reports, etc.
The technical solution must also provide reports for other levels, self-defined questions, etc., which can be procured directly by e.g. the municipalities and counties. 1 of the main objectives is to reduce the workload for OsloMet/NOVA, KoRus and municipalities/schools.
