Stiftelsen Teater Avant Gardens is in the process of expanding and renovating Rosendal Theatre. Hall 1 in the renovated premises are to be equipped with stage podiums. There are 2 alternative podiums with 2 and 6 podiums respectively. 2 alternative lifting heights must be offered for both alternatives (see the requirement specifications for further details on the alternatives). The tender must also include 2 stairs that can be connected together with the podiums. The Contracting Authority will decide which alternative will be chosen before the contract is awarded. Tenderers can submit a tender for only one of the alternatives, but they will then not be considered if the offered alternative is not chosen.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally registered company.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The documentation must, at a minimum, state:
(a) the company's name and registration number;
(b) the company's business address;
(c) who can act on the company’s behalf/bind the company.
Tenderers must fulfil their tax, VAT and payroll tax obligations. Arrears can lead to rejection.
The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Norwegian companies: a tax, VAT and payroll tax certificate.
Foreign companies: foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must (i) have satisfactory finances and liquidity that will enable them to fulfil the contract.
The company’s annual accounts, including notes, with the boards and auditor's reports for the last financial year (2018, possibly 2017 if the accounts for 2018 are not available). In addition the contracting authority will obtain a credit assessment/rating themselves.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from assignments that are relevant for the assignment's nature, size/scope and complexity.
Reference deliveries must include deliveries of stage podiums of a relevant size and functionality.
An overview of the 3 most relevant deliveries that the tenderer has delivered in the last 5 years. The name of the Contracting Authority and project must be given.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact one or several of the Contracting Authorities in the reference deliveries in order to check that the tenderer has delivered a satisfactory product. The Contracting Authority must also be given the opportunity to inspect the reference projects in person.
