The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers:

— company registration certificate.

Foreign tenderers:

— confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement:

Tenderers must have adequate financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.

Documentation requirement:

The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the board and auditor's reports from 2016, 2017 and 2018.

If the annual financial statement for 2018 is not ready by the deadline for pre-qualification, a preliminary statement for 2018 and at least an annual statement for the third quarter must be submitted.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to collect a credit assessment from Experian or a similar company.

Financial strength will be evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement:

The tenderer must adequate sufficient implementation ability to fulfil the contract.

Documentation requirement:

A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:

— the company organisation,

— the competence profile of the company,

— a description of equipment, machinery or other available equipment of relevance to the execution of this contract.

Please use template — (Annex 6).

Any subcontractors that the tenderer will engage for complying with the qualification requirement must submit equivalent reference projects, commitment statements and ESPD.

The tenderer must have relevant experience from corresponding projects involving work with drilled column foundations.

A description of the tenderer’s most important deliveries in the last 5 years.

The reference descriptions must include enough information for an evaluation of the tenderer's (and any subcontractors´) concrete contributions. The description must state why the reference project is relevant for this assignment.

The reference persons for the project must be stated and the Contracting Authority must be able to contact the reference persons.

The attached template shall be used (Annex 5).

Any subcontractors that the tenderer will engage for complying with the qualification requirement must submit equivalent reference projects and commitment statements

The tenderer must have a documented HSE system.

Tenderers must submit a table of contents for their HSE system, and this and any detailed description, must confirm compliance with the requirements in the Internal Control Regulations.

The tenderer shall have a documented quality management system.

Tenderers must submit confirmation that they have ISO 9001, or submit the table of contents of their management system for quality.
