SUS2023 — K2601 Roofing

SUS2023 hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition with negotiations after a prior notice, cf. PPR § 13-1 (2), with pre-qualification, for K2601 Roofing in connection with the first construction phase of the new university hospital at Ullandhaug in Stavanger.
So that the contracting authority can negotiate in the competition, the FOA requires tenderers to be pre-qualified. This is the same as the qualification requirements that are normally set in an open tender contest.
The pre-qualification consists of the submission of documentation for the qualification requirements, see Part I).
The contracting authority will then, based on the received documentation for the qualification requirements, select a number of qualified tenderers who will be invited to submit a tender, see Part I).
The intention of the negotiations is that the contracting authority and tenderers can clarify and correct any uncertainties in the tenders.

The contract includes roofing works for all buildings included in the new University Hospital. This contract has the following division and content:
Kto 262: insulation and roofing, spillway;
Kto 263: Smoke lids;

Kto 269: systems for prevention of high falls.
