As an important measure in digitising and streamlining the correctional services, the Norwegian Correctional Service shall introduce a new professional system and new work processes. A contract was signed in June 2019 with Unilink for the delivery and adaptation of a new professional system.
A project for the procurement, implementation and introduction of a new professional system has been established. The project is divided into 2 sub-projects; a sub-project for the implementation with the selected supplier and a sub-project for introducing the system. The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service (KDI) requests a sub-project manager for the implementation project. The implementation project is a joint project between the Norwegian Correctional Service as the contracting authority and Unilink as the supplier. The hired sub-project manager must have the total responsibility for the implementation project on behalf of the Norwegian Correctional Service and must be the main contact toward Unilink's project manager. The assignment includes responsibilities for following up the contract and the supplier.
