Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tax Certificates not older than 6 months from the application deadline. Tax certificate is defined as: For Norwegian tenderers: Certificate issued by the Tax Office or tax authority for VAT, tax, and payroll tax. Foreign tenderers: Foreign tenderers must present equivalent certificates from their country of origin, which substantiate that their tax and duty payments are in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

Completed and signed HSE self-declaration in accordance with FOSA Annex 2. You can use the attached template, see Annex 4 in the tender enquiry - HSE self-declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

A credit rating of 'credit worthy' or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. A credit assessment from a certified credit appraisal agency based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating must not be older than 3 months.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The term 'similar deliveries' means that the tenderer must be able to document experience from equivalent contract assignments, as described in point 1.2 in the tender enquiry, preferably security projects for public authorities. Overview of the tenderer´s 3 most relevant assignments in the last five years. The overview must include a statement of: The assignment value - Dates - Recipient/reference (name, telephone number and email address) - A brief description of the delivery. It is the tenderer’s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.

Sufficient capacity and suitable staff means that the tenderer must have the capacity and competence to carry out the contract assignment as described in point 1.2 in the tender enquiry. An overview must be given of the tenderer's, and any sub-supplier's employees, stating profession and level of competence. NB: CVs should not be enclosed.

A description of the tenderer's methods for quality assurance, which, as a minimum, fulfil the relevant requirements in NS-EN ISO 9001. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.

A description of environmental measures that have been implemented in the business. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
