If during the contract period, Viken County separates parts of the operation to individual legal entities (for e.g. limited companies, foundations, etc.), these will have an option to join the contract within a reasonable time, on the original terms. Any separation can reduce the extent of the delivery.

The content and scope of the procurement
Viken county wants tender for a framework agreement for the procurement of laptop student PCs for students at sixth form colleges in the geographic area of gamle Akershus fylke [old Akershus county].
A contract will be signed with 1 tenderer who can deliver student PCs in accordance with the attached requirement specification (Annex 2).
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 20 000 000 NOK 💰
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Three extensions, each for 12 months.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial standing to fulfil the contract is required.
Due to the scope and complexity of the contract, the tenderer is required to have an annual turnover of a minimum 25 000 000 NOK excluding VAT, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-3.
Documentation requirement: the contracting authority will execute an assessment of the economy via the company and accounting information system Bisnode Credit AS (www.soliditet.no).
Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
