The students in the Ringsaker schools shall develop good digital skills that enable them to participate in the current and future work and social life. PCs are selected as digital tools for the comprehensive schools in Ringsaker municipality. Approx. 1 200 laptops are required to 6 different locations.

The delivery must preferably be carried out in Week 33/2019. The tenderer must state the volume and which week he is able to deliver (possible sub-deliveries with an indication volume and delivery week) in case of any challenges regarding deliveries of this volume by Week 33/2019. The tender may be rejected if the tenderer is unable to present an acceptable delivery plan related to the start of school year.

The tenderer shall offer a price for leasing and purchase of PCs. The Contracting Authority may choose to purchase, lease or a combination thereof based on a total assessment.

The Contracting Authority has an option for ordering insurances against accidents and theft.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in Annex XI of Directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: credit rating equivalent to Score A (worthy of credit) or a higher score in accordance with the standard. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have experience from comparable contracts:
Documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The project description must include a specification of the contract value, date and recipient for obtaining a reference (name, phone and email). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the relevance through the description.

2) Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system suitable for the contract:
— documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer's methods for quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or an equivalent quality assurance certification, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the valid certificate ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificates cf. PPR § 16-7 (1), cf. (3).

3) Tenderers shall have an environment management system suitable for the delivery:
— documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer's environment management system or environment management standards. If a tenderer has a certificate issued by independent bodies, e.g. ISO 14001 or EMAS, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the valid certificate, cf. PPR § 16-7 (2), cf. (3).
