Since 2010, SVV has delivered central monitoring services internally on the BMC platform and made significant investments in self competence and infrastructure SVV will continue to offer central monitoring via the BMC platform in the period 2019-2024, and in this regard has a need to enter into a new contract for the purchase of user-rights, software maintenance, support and services.
The customer primarily imagines that a new contract will mirror the current number and capacity of the BMC software in the existing solution. In addition, during the term of the contract, there will be a need to adjust these values up or down, purchase additional products and services, change the licensing form and/or migrate licenses from one product area to one or more others.
