The objective of the contract is to provide the Norwegian Public Roads Administration the Directorate of Public Roads, the Division for user financing, assistance and advises in economic, financial and accounting questions related to the administration of the toll charges sector.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration the Directorate of Public Roads, the Division for user financing, is responsible for the administration of the Norwegian toll charges sector. This spans from the quality assurance of the basic documents for new toll charges projects to authorisation of, and follow-up participants in the sector. Including toll road operators and issuers of toll tags (AutoPASS). The Division occasionally requires assistance related to the disciplines economy/accounting and finances for the implementation of different assessments and analyses The assignment spans from assessments of the future interest rate development to assessment of budgets and accounting results related to the authorisation of, and follow-up the participants in the toll charges sector.
