Finnøy, Randaberg, Rennesøy, Sola and Stavanger municipalities, and Sandnes Eiendomsselskap KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invite tenderers to a competition for the service and repair of heat pumps and cooling installations. The work will cover regular annual servicing of a specific selection of installations and in accordance with specified intervals as described in the appendix. New installations will be added to the framework agreement after the expiry of the guarantee period for each installation, and the price per new installation will be based on the same price structure used for other installations in the price form. Simple repairs to installations owned by Stavanger municipality can be carried out by the municipality´s employees. The contract shall also include odd repair work and minor procurements of parts and necessary replacements in existing installations as needed and as agreed. Material deliveries will mainly be parts for installations as needed for repairs and upgrades.
