Returkraft AS wants to enter into a contract with a supplier for the hire of scaffolding in connection with annual revision stop, unforeseen stoppage and for any other odd jobs. The purpose of the scaffolding during annual revision stop is to be able to clean and inspect the entire boiler internally. The scaffolding is also necessary for repair works in the boiler. During unforeseen stoppage, the purpose of the scaffolding is to be able to carry out the repair work.

Returkraft wants to sign a contract for one (1) year from and including 1.1.2020 with an option for Returkraft AS to extend the contract for a further 3 years (1 year + 1 year + 1 year).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: tenderers must meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment (HSE). Documentation requirement: HSE self-declaration stating that the tenderer meets, or if awarded the contract will meet, statutory requirements in Norway relating to health, safety and environment. The self-declaration must be countersigned by one of the company's employees.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate. Foreign Tenderers must provide certificate(s) for statutory registration in the country where the business is established.
Qualification requirement: If a tenderer plans to use hired/sub-contractors from abroad, laws and regulation requirements relating to this must be safeguarded by the tenderer.
Documentation requirement: q declaration and documentation that the tenderer has routines for and is aware of the obligations that lie with the company (Qnnex D). If a tenderer will not use hired/sub-suppliers from abroad, this must be specifically stated in the tender letter.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirements: tenderers must have fulfilled all of their tax obligations.
Documentation requirement: certificate for paid tax and VAT.
The certificate must not be more than 6 months old.
Qualification requirement: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Documentation requirement: authorised annual financial statements for the last 2 fiscal years, demonstrating positive equity that exceeds a minimum of 1 500 000 NOK. If the tenderer has justifiable reasons for not presenting the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer's economic and financial capacity can be documented by presenting any other document that the contracting authority considers suitable (for e.g. A bank guarantee).
