The aim is to procure modern, reliable and user friendly alarm and monitoring systems, as well as other technological welfare systems that function well, so that:
— they give assurance, safety and safeguard patients/residents with health challenges,
— they create self-achievement and independence experiences for patients/residents,
— they see to employees' needs for quality assured work tools that support and simplify their work and create frameworks for good work flow.

Os and Røros Municipalities intend to enter into a contract for the procurement of a platform for welfare technology and technological welfare units.
The aim is to procure modern, reliable and user friendly alarm and monitoring systems, as well as other technological welfare systems that function well, so that:
— they give assurance, safety and safeguard patients/residents with health challenges,
— they create self-achievement and independence experiences for patients/residents,
— they see to employees' needs for quality assured work tools that support and simplify their work and create frameworks for good work flow.
Os and Røros Municipalities will procure a platform for welfare technology and technological welfare units.
Røros Municipality has 3 entities that consist of:
— 1 nursing home for persons with dementia, which has 6 departments with 6 places per department,
— 1 home care service with 13-14 daytime routes, 4-5 evening routes and 1 night time route,
— 1 sheltered housing complex with 3 employees during the day and 2 in the evenings,
— 1 service for disabled persons, which serves 22 users, most of whom live in shared housing,
— 1 nursing home with 38 places.
This nursing home will be replaced by 22 nursing home places and 22 residential units with 24 hour care in 2020, with a further 32 residential units in 2022.
Os Municipality has a welfare service that consists of:
— 1 nursing home with 4 departments of 6 places, with a plan for alterations and an increase of 2 places during 2020,
— 1 home care service with 4-5 daytime routes, 2 evening routes and 1 night time route, approx. 100 patients per annum. Approx. 60 remote control safety alarms,
— 1 service for disabled persons, which provides services to children's homes, children respite care units and users in their own homes, private or municipal, approx. 15 users.
The alarm reception centre for the remote control safety alarms is established at Røros Fire and Rescue Service, which in 2020 will be part of Røros Response and Stand-By Centre.
The fire service in Røros currently receives alarms from approx. 200 users.

Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time, maximum 7 times, unless 6 (six) months notice is given by the Contracting Authority, or 12 (twelve) months notice by the tenderer, before the renewal date. The total duration of the contract is 10 years.
