Revaluation for Stipulating Property Value Taxation in New Kristiansand Municipality
Kristiansand kommune
Kristiansand municipality, henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority, is the Contracting Authority of the tender contest. Songdalen, Søgne and Kristiansand will merge into one new municipality from 1.1.2020, called Kristiansand municipality. The new municipality shall be the new contracting party from the same date.
The objective of the assignment is to implement general valuation in new Kristiansand municipality.
The new valuation documentation for the new merged municipality shall be ready by 1.3.2021. The municipality shall issue property taxes in accordance with the Property Value Taxation Act § 3a), real estates in the entire municipality. The Contracting Authority has decided to use local valuation, and not the tax authority's real estate valuation.
