A tender contest for a Framework Agreement regarding health and social services related to a response centre
The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with one tenderer who round-the-clock can receive, assess, document and respond to notifications from welfare technological systems. The service provider must implement a health professional screening of the notifications before they are assigned to a first-response service for special assignments, relative or municipal services. The service provider is responsible for providing emergency and services related to the welfare technology (Follow-up, installing, uninstalling and services for safety alarms, assault alarms, sensors, electronic door locks, video transmissions, fire alarms and any new welfare technology during the contract period).
Lier municipality has at present 365 safety alarms and 505 key boxes. The contract value is estimated to: 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.

The Contracting Authority has been considering a division of the assignment, but has decided that one total service provider for the services is wanted.
