The terminal device will be used to measure real-time user satisfaction/experience and possible supplementary information about selected drivers (excl. The procurement includes purchasing/leasing/hire of the terminals, installation, operational costs, training, reporting of response data, support, maintenance and service contract. The Contracting Authority particularly wants tenders in the form of a leasing/hire contract where all costs are included in the monthly price. It is desirable that the terminal (technical equipment) is owned by the tenderer and that the cost for this is taken into consideration in the contract period duration.

The procurement applies for service areas at St. Olav's Hospital and includes all geographic locations in the Health Trust. The Framework Agreement will be regional for HMN so that other Health Trusts in the region can also use the contract if necessary. The terminals will be placed at key-points to capture patient experiences. The terminals will be placed so that the responses can, to the highest degree possible, be limited and connected to the section where the patient contact is carried out.
