Rælingen Municipality will develop and erect a building that will house a new library, premises for a school of the arts, youth club, teams and clubs, health station, child welfare and the education/psychology service. In addition the building will house premises for a cafe/bakery. Parking is to be established in the basement under the building. The building must be suitable for residential modules in above floors.
The building will be a central component in the new urban area at Fjerdingby and will be situated by the square. The project will also include the development of the square over the car park basement.
The project will be carried out as an interaction contract.
