The objective of the Framework Agreement is to cover the defence sector’s requirement for electro technical materials, including light sources for operations, maintenance and repairs all over Norway. The contract is primarily for materials that will be used in self-production, but this will not prevent the contract also being used in some cases for other purposes (also for major orders).
The Framework Agreement shall support electronic trade via a punch-out solution.
