The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a Framework Agreement for the hire of coffee machines and water machines.
The coffee machines must brew fresh coffee where coffee beans are used. There must be a possibility for tapping hot water in the coffee machines and several types of coffee/coffee drinks must be offered.
The coffee machines must have separate outlets for coffee drinks and water.
Tenders can be given for both geographical areas listed below, or one tender for each of the area can be submitted:
— geographical area 1) North Norway, from and including Nordland and northward,
— geographical area 2) South Norway, from and including Trøndelag and southward.
The Contracting Authority: the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency.
The following organisations have an option to enter the Framework Agreement:
— the Norwegian Armed Forces,
— the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI),
— the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA).

Kort beskrivelse:
Floor mounted and bench models are requested. The majority of the hired coffee machines is mounted models.
The water machines must offer carbonated water and still water.
Systems containing disposable capsules are not requested.
The coffee from the machines must costless for our users and we do not accept tenders containing coffee machines with payment systems.
If tenders are submitted for both geographical areas, the same type of machines must be offered for both areas.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 60 500 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder

The Contracting Authority has an exclusive right to extend the contract for 1 year at a time, for maximum 2 years.
