Sirkula IKS

Sirkula IKS will enter into a Framework Agreement with a consultancy company for the purchase of services for public procurements. The scope is estimated to be between 700 and 1 500 hours per year. The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for a further 1 year + 1 year.
The assignments will be implementation of operative procurements. Hereunder assistance in defining needs, selection of procedure, preparation of tender documents, negotiations, evaluation, completion and signing of contracts. Other assignments will be quality assured by the Contracting Authority's processes and tender documents, or only quality assured by contract documents.
Typical procurements will be within ICT, transport, disposal and treatment services for waste, waste equipment/waste machinery, heavy vehicles, construction machinery, tradesman services, consultancy services for various disciplines, other service contracts, etc.

Tenderers who have answered and satisfied the stated qualification requirements are qualified.
From the qualified tenderers, the Contracting Authority will select a limited number (maximum of 5), to submit tender offers The selection will occur based on an evaluation of who best fulfils the following parts of the application:
Point 4.2: economic and financial position;
Point 4.3: the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications.
