Kort beskrivelse:
The units make ongoing orders. Some of the larger units have 2 main orders for workwear per annum, autumn and spring.
The contracting authority expects the standardised assortment to be reliable products that the supplier has in stock and that there will be as few product changes as possible during the contract period.
It is expected that the products in the price sheet cover the contracting authority's basic need. However, some additions must be expected for Trondheim Municipality's catalogue on e-trade.
The contracting authority expects close cooperation with the supplier in the contract period in relation to maintaining a vivid product range. We request that the supplier presents new products to the competition selection, possibly presents alternative products to what was included in the agreement at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.

The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documented by a company registration certificate or equivalent.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment. Tenderers must be creditworthy, Score A. The creditworthiness against a guarantee is not accepted. For recently established tenderers a certificate showing score A/N is sufficient.

The evaluation shall be based on the last known fiscal figures with an indication of how the credit rating has developed during the past 3 years. The evaluation shall be issued by a company with a credit information licence from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. See www.datatilsynet.no The result of the credit appraisal shall be stated as a categorised score (letter of number) against a defined scale. Recently established tenderer must substantiate the financial capacity for the implementation of the assignment, or other documentation, e.g. accounting figures and a bank guarantee.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The contracting authority requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable wage agreements or nationwide wage agreements for the appropriate area covered by the contract. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are in the tariff agreement. In its procurement regulations, Trondheim Municipality has decided that requirements for pay and working conditions also apply to subcontractors. When the tender is submitted, the tenderer must confirm that the sub-contractor complies with the requirements. Tenderers and relevant sub-providers must, when requested in the contract period, substantiated compliance with the wages and working conditions of employees who contribute to completion of the contract.
