Statped is a national centre of expertise within the field of special pedagogics services to municipalities and counties. The contract includes a project manager service for administering the work with the implementation of an assignment issued by the Norwegian directorate for education and training. The contract period is: 15.5.2019 - 31.1.2020. Knowledge of the sector or the field is not required.
Udir (the Norwegian Directorate for education and training) has given Statped the assignment of implementing 7 tasks that in total shall promote the sign language. Statped shall gather the tasks in a project with 7 group managers who must have the main responsibility for each task. The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a contract with an external project manager in a 100 % position to administer the project, including being a promoter and move the project forward and undertake the liability that lies in the job as a project manager. The project manager must also compose a final report, a plan and secure good information transfer to the line organisation when the project is concluded.

Statped shall enter into a contract with a project manager in 100 % position for the perioden 15.5.2019 - 31.1.2020. Statped has been
assigned to implement and complete several tasks that in total shall promote the use of sign language in nurseries and in the
primary and secondary education and training. The project manager is not required to have knowledge of the sector or sign language, but must have the superior liability for the project progress, budgets, plans.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation: CV of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The assignment description must include a specification of the assignment, date and recipient,(name, phone number and email address.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through the description.
