The contract duration is three (3) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the Contracting Authority before the renewal date.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian tenderers: a Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for requests to participate in the tender contest.
Requirement 2: tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 3: the tenderer is required to have sufficient financial capacity to implement the contract, and the company is required to be credit worth (Requirement A).
Documentation: Asker municipality will obtain a rating itself from Bisnode CreditPro/CreditEasy.
If for valid reasons the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial standing with any other document that the Contracting Authority is able to accept/finds suitable.

Companies without sufficient credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such cases the requirement for satisfactory credit rating can be complied with by presenting alternative documentation which must be included as a part of the tender.
