The refuse collection vehicle will be used for collection of waste from households and industry. Sacks, cans and containers are emptied. The vehicles will be used for collection of sorted waste fractions from residential areas and scattered buildings. Relevant fractions are residual waste, food waste, paper/cartons, corrugated cardboard, glass/metal packaging and plastic. The anticipated driving distance is 55 000 km per vehicle per year. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate,

— foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be carried out by an publicly certified credit rating institution.

Tenderers must not have any substantial tax or VAT arrears.

1) Norwegian tenderers: certificate for paid tax and VAT, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders;

2) Foreign companies: a certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home state certifying that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations regarding fees in accordance with the legislation of the State in which the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall work systematically to fulfil the requirements in the health, safety and environment legislation.

Documentation requirement: a self-declaration with a description of the tenderer's HSE measures.

The tenderer must have a well-functioning quality and environmental management system for the deliveries included in the contract.

Documentation requirement: attestations, certificates, descriptions or other documentation substantiating the company's quality system and environmental management system.

Tenderers must have a service apparatus for the chassis and addition on the Alvdal — Røros stretch.

Documentation requirement: indication of service point.
