The assignment includes, amongst other things:
— establishment of approx. 50 electrical pore pressure meters,
— instrumentation of approx. 30-40 existing drill holes/energy wells,
— hand over of the monitoring of approx. 10 piezometers and approx. 20 rock wells,
— 30 environment logs assembled in river systems and streams (option),
— water level measurements in approx. 4 tarns/lakes,
— climate logs for registering precipitation and temperature,
— establishment and transfer of measurement data to a web system with an access system,
— maintenance of each measuring point and the web system for the entire contract period,
— restoring meters (option),
— procurement of equipment after the contract period has expired (option).

Qualification requirement:

Tenderers must be a legally established company

Documentation Requirement:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

VAV will obtain a company registration certification itself for Norwegian companies.

— foreign companies: a verification showing that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement:

Tenderers must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

— credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution that is publicly certified in the country where the tenderer is established, if public certifications are given in the country in question,

— the entity's annual financial statements or extracts thereof if the publication of the annual financial statement is required in the state where the tenderer is established.

The Contracting Authority will obtain the annual accounts for Norwegian companies itself from www.brreg.no

— the account balance. This requirement only applies to tenderers where the publication of annual accounts is not required in the country where the tenderer is established,

— a statement of the company's total turnover for a maximum of the 3 last available financial years. This requirement only applies to tenderers where the publication of annual accounts is not required in the country where the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement:

Relevant experience is required from work of an equivalent nature and degree of difficulty, especially experience with hydrogeology and measuring techniques.

Documentation requirement:

Reference description for relevant work executed during the past 5 years. The references must cover all the central parts of the contract.

Completed document 'Reference Template'.

Tenderers must have good competence to fulfil the contract, especially within hydrogeology and measuring techniques.

Overview of the tenderer's personnel resources, with relevant qualifications, which the tenderer will have at his disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

Tenderers must have good capacity to fulfil the contract.

Overview of the tenderer's equipment resources within the profession, which the tenderer has at his disposal to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must have relevant and sufficient environment management measures for fulfilment of the contract.

The description must include a statement of the environment management measures that will be implemented for this delivery.

Environment management measures here means a systematic process where the company implements, manages, measures and continually limits its impact on the environment.

Alternatively, the Contracting Authority will accept a certificate for the company's environment management/management system issued by independent bodies, which confirm the tenderer has an environment management/management system, e.g., EMAS or ISO 14001 or equivalent.

Tenderers must have relevant and sufficient quality assurance measures for fulfilment of the contract.

A description of the quality assurance measures that the tenderer will use for this delivery.

Alternatively, the Contracting Authority will accept a certificate for the company's quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies, which confirm the tenderer has a quality assurance standard/system, e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent.
