Riksrevisjonen

The objective of the procurement is to secure access to products and services that mean employees of Riksrevisjonen [the Office of the Auditor General] will have stable and secure communications methods between the client and central servers and other available resources and not least provide protection against irrelevant units. We will procure products and services allowing us to get a complete functioning local network with good security.
Framework agreements will be entered into for 3 areas, each with 1 supplier.

The tenderer must have their tax and VAT payments in order, documented by a tax and VAT certificate. The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: company registration certificate. Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Riksrevisjonen will obtain a credit rating from Experian.

If the tenderer believes that the rating will not provide the correct information about the company's economy, economic and financial capacity can be documented with any other document that the contracting authority considers suitable.
