Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The duration of the maintenance contract will be a minimum of 3 years. The contract will continually be able to be extended for 1 year at a time after the initial 3 year period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

K1 — The business must not have arrears related to the payment of taxes and duties to the government.

K2 — The tenderer must be a legally registered company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The economic and financial standing must be documented by the following information for the legal applicant:

(a) annual accounts for the previous 2 years and annual reports including the auditor's reports and any recent relevant information;

(b) solidity assessment from a company with a licence to run a credit information company. The evaluation must not be older than 3 months at the time of the application deadline, it must be based on the last approved fiscal figures and should report on the credit worthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction);

(c) if a legal applicant relies on another company´s capacity to fulfil the requirement for economic and financial position, that company must also submit documentation in accordance with points a and b above, in addition to a signed commitment statement, cf. Annex 4, which explicitly states that the company guarantees the implementation of the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K4 — Overview of the renderer's organisation with emphasis on organisation units that are relevant and the combined resources the tenderer has at their disposal.

The tenderer must document good knowledge of the product, Documentum/EMC, with a company certification and overview of certified employees.

If the tenderer intends to use the capacity of other companies to fulfil the requirement, a signed commitment statement from them must be presented.

K5 — A copy of a quality assurance certificate (ISO 9001/equivalent), issued by an accredited certification body must be presented.

Alternatively, a description can be given of the tenderer´s system for quality assurance as well as how it is implemented and managed internally.

K4 — The tenderer must have good capacity and competence for maintenance and further development of Documentum.

K5 — The tenderer must have established satisfactory quality assurance methods.
