The national health trust Sykehusbygg HF is the contracting authority of the contract. Sykehusbygg HF [the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] will also be a contracting party. Sykehusbygg HF [the Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency] was founded in 2014 and is owned by all 4 regional health authorities. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will ensure a national competence environment for hospital planning and construction at a high international level. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will be utilised for all major construction projects (over 500 000 000 NOK) in hospitals in Norway. The Norwegian Hospital Construction Agency will contribute to future-oriented development of the hospital expansion through learning, innovation, experience and competence transfer.
