Ryen helsehus [Ryen Health Centre] must move into a new building during spring 2020. In connection with this, the new Health Centre must be furnished. Ryen Health Centre will consist of 4 floors. The basement will include meeting rooms, personnel rooms, offices, treatment rooms, cafe, etc. The residents will be located on the first to third floors. Altogether there are 142 resident rooms divided into 6 residential units per floor. All of the residential units have a common lounge room and pantry kitchen, which amounts to 6 on each floor and 18 in total. There are also 2 offices and 4 medicine rooms.
The furniture must be delivered and assembles at Ryen Health Centre during May 2020. All All packaging must be removed.
The procurement is divided into 4 categories: seating, panel furniture, special furnitures and outdoor furniture. Awarding will occur per category (seating, panel furniture, special furniture and outdoor furniture), and thus the delivery can be shared between multiple suppliers.
