Toftesgate 69 requires major rehabilitation. Relaying of foundations is being carried out in a separate contract in June - August 2019. After this, the buildings at Toftes gate 69 will be rehabilitated both externally and internally. The works include reconstruction of the roof, upgrading of the brick façade, insulating and improving the brick façade toward the backyard, new lift and new technical installations, etc.

Requirement:
Tenderers must be a legally established company
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate
Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
The tenderer's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation requirement:
Last annual financial statements. The Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Documentation requirement:
For pre-qualification of the tenderers, a minimum of 2 projects must be rehabilitation of buildings with statutory protection.
Overview of the tenderer's 5 most important, relevant projects during the last 5 years.
The overview shall state:
— protective status: listed//regulated for conservation,
— the project's value,
— contract form,
— start-up and completion of the project,
— the Contracting Authority/builder (title, name, telephone and email of the contracting authority's contact person),
— brief, written description of the project, pleas add a link to the project if it is presented on the internet.
If more than 5 reference projects are submitted, only the first 5 will be assessed.
Tenderers shall have sufficient technical, personnel and organisation capacity to fulfil the assignment.
Statement of:
Machines, materials and technical equipment that the tenderer has at their disposal, as well as available work force (administrative management and other employees) for the implementation of the contract.
Contractor approval
The contractor is required to have competence/qualifications to claim the right to accept responsibility as follows:
General responsibility for implementation (building, site or construction, technical installations) enterprise classification 3, or equivalent certification.
Valid proof of central certification, or documentation that the business fulfils the requirement for the right to accept responsibility for the project, cf. requirement for the right to accept responsibility in the Planning and Building Act, chapter 23 Responsibility in construction applications, cf. the Building Application Regulation (SAK10) Third part — approval and responsibility.

If the tenderer is certified, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a certificate issued by independent bodies, confirming that the tenderer fulfils specific environmental management standards.
