Procurement of contract consultancy servics for the Vestoppland Project

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, East Region, c/o the Vestoppland Project, has started to plan, engineer and prepare tender documentation for national road 4 Roa – Lygna, county road 16 Environment Street in Gran and E16 Kvamskleiva. National road 4 Roa – Lygna stage 2 has a total of approx. 13.5 km split between the following stretches:
— National road 4 Roa - Gran border,
— National road 4 Sandvoll - Amundrud,
— National road 4 Lygna.
The contracting authority needs an experienced contract advisor, who can be part of the builder organisation. The work tasks for the contract advisor will be follow-up of the engineering design services and the preparation of the tender documentation for the stretches, as well as assistance in the construction period, including handling requirements and changes.
The need for a contract advisor will be from when the contract is signed until the contracts have been completed, estimated to the second half of 2023. If the expected announcement of the contracts is postponed, this contract will be extended equivalently.
