The contracting authority would like tenders for the provision of cleaning services for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration in Nordland, Troms and Finnmark. Currently there are approx. 28 locations distributed throughout the 3 counties, and the premises consist of everything from small inspection stations to larger office premises. See Annex 1 description of the buildings in location groups 1-6 for a complete overview of the locations. Svolvær Traffic Station will join this contract in autumn 2020. The cleaning must be inspected based on The Nordic Standard INSTA 800 (NS-INSTA 800 cleaning quality – measuring system for judging the quality of cleaning). The latest available version of the standard must always be used.

Tenderers must have a specific authorisation or be a member of a specific organisation. Tenderers must be certified for cleaning activities in accordance with regulations on public certification of cleaning businesses and the purchase of cleaning services (PPR-2012-05-08-480).

Tenderers must present official certification of a cleaning business or a copy of an application for such certification that has not yet been processed by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. If the tenderer is not approved by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, the contract will be terminated with immediate effect. The contracting authority will not compensate tenderers in such an event.

A list with an overview of all assignments in the last 3 years, including information on the value, value/extent/scope, dates, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient.
A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.
