The architect and consultancy services are to be provided in accordance with the Contracting Authority's prospective needs in the contract period. The Contracting Authority will realise prospective needs by making call-offs on this Framework Agreement. A detailed description of the service is in the procurement documents.

K1 Tax certificates: Tenderers shall not have significant unsettled obligations regarding the payment of taxes and duties.

K2 Company Registration Certificate: Tenderers must be a legally registered company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K3 Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Minimum turnover.

Tenderers must, in the latest 3 financial years, have a minimum annual turnover of 5 700 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.

2) Tenderers must be credit worthy and achieve a minimum level of “Decision Score 4” in the Contracting Authority’s credit analysis tool www.bisnode.no.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K4 Experience: Tenderers must have broad experience in providing architect and consultant engineering services to municipal entities;

K5 Organisation: Tenderers must have proper organisation of the service;

K6 Personnel: Tenderers must have personnel with broad competence and experience for this contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

K7 Engineering design services in accordance with the Planning and Building Act. Tenderers must have central certification, or must be able to declare the right to be responsible in development class 3 for the following functions; responsible applicant and responsible engineering designer, cf. the building application regulations, FOR-2010-03-26-488, third part “Qualifications and Responsibility”. Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:

Brief information: consultancy services in accordance with the Contracting Authority's need. Consultants will be remunerated according to the number of hours worked. The Contracting Authority will be free to announce independent assignments as stated in Part III, Annex 1, Requirement Specifications, and point 1.3.1.
