All the qualification requirements are given in the department's electronic tender management tool (KGV EU-Supply).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the Contract.
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian. The contracting authority will assess the Annual Financial Statement as it is entered in Experian.
If in doubt, the Contracting Authority can obtain further information from tenderers.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from relevant assignments.
Tenderers must attach the following documentation to the request for participation in the competition:
A list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, extent/scope, dates, a brief description of the assignment, and the name of the public or private recipient. A tenderer who is newly established and cannot submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that they have the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.

The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability.
Tenderers must give an account of how sufficient capacity for this assignment will be ensured.
Among other things, a staffing plan must be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of employees, hired persons, etc.
Newly established tenderers can document fulfilment of the requirement by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their skills in the service of other providers.
